How long are your visits or walks?
Each visit or walk is typically around 30-60 minutes, but I'm happy to discuss custom timing if your pet needs more attention.
Do you care for pets with special needs or on medication?
Absolutely! Just let me know what your pet needs and I will ensure they're taken care of accordingly.
What's your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
How do you ensure my pet's safety?
I always prioritize safety such as using leashes, secure environments, and never leaving pets unattented. I keep emergecy contacts and vet information on hand, and am always just a message away.
Can I book recurring visits?
Yes! Whether you need daily help or just occasional visits, I'm happy to set up a schedule that works for you.
Will you meet my pet before the first visit?
Of course! I offer free meet & greets so we can all feel comfortable before your scheduled services begin.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I currently accept Zelle, Venmo, or cash. Payment is due by the last day of service unless we've discussed another arrangement beforehand.
